Digital Cable Box Upgrade
Spectrum Cable has upgraded to digital cable boxes. Residents can pick their new boxes up at any Spectrum store. There is a limit on the free boxes; 1 box per unit. All additional boxes will be an additional cost. Please contact the Villa Madrid office if you have any questions.
What An Enjoyable Experience
I just wanted to let you know what an enjoyable experience it has been to call Villa Madrid my home. The apartment is spacious, but cozy at the same time. The grounds are always beautiful and well maintained. The pool and tennis courts are always maintained and ready for use.
Gazebo Rennovation Complete
The renovation on the gazebos has been completed, just in time for summer. You can now sit back on the new furniture and enjoy a quiet relaxing time overlooking our beautiful tropical landscaping.
